what is the legal age to homebrew in california?
let’s face it, california has strict laws,many that are uneccesary.
but my question is: how old do you need to be to purchase brewing supplies legally, such as hops and etc? and what is the legal brewing age?
i have heard 18 because you are an adult and federal law defines adult as 18 and we are entitled to 200 gallons per house 100 gallons a person. i am aware that there is a loop hole also, that: ingrediants such as grains yeast and hops are not necessarly illegal to buy even at 12 or whatever because they are only usable to make wort….
